


Transitions to Calm | Yoga Workshop with Fan Lin
Date: Saturday, 7th June 2025
Time: 11am - 3:30pm (4 hour workshop plus 30 minutes break in between)

Level: Suitable for all levels
This workshop led by me is designed for people of all levels to find fluidity and flexibility in the body movements through yoga.
In yoga practices very often we focus more on the poses (the destination) than the transitional movements (the journey). The fluidity of the body comes from the integration of both elements. By practicing “mindful movements between movements”, it allows the body to go deeper into arrival poses with ease and space.
The workshop consists of a dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice and a Yin Yoga session for deep stretches.
Focuses:
Balance and flexibility.
Bridge the gap between the outer physical body and the inner body
Find calm through breath and movements
Release tension and stress through pranayama ( breath control) and deep stretches

Props
The studio is fully equipped with the props you need. But of course you are more than welcome to bring your own favourite mat or blanket.
Food and drinks
Feel free to bring light snacks for the pre-workshop and mid-workshop breaks. Some fruits and herbal teas will be provided at the venue.
Others
Pure essential oil will be used for the Yin Yoga session. Please let me know if you have any allergy to oils (email link below)
Cancellation And Refund Policies
Full refund can be issued one month prior to the event (by 7th May 2025).
Cancellation with in 2 weeks of the event (by 23rd May 2025) can receive 50% refund.
Refund will not be issued post 23rd May 2025. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you so much for your understanding x
